Parametric Search : LNA/Filter Module

Avago's GPS front-end modules integrate a very low noise figure / high linearity LNA & FBAR filter with exceptional rejection at cell, PCS and WiFi/Bluetooth frequency bands.

The LNA uses Avago’s leading edge GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process, and the filter utilizes Avago’s prioprietary Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) filtering technology, with both offering industry-leading performance and helping designers meet the stringent requirements of today’s GPS receivers.
