50 Megabaud Versatile Link Fiber Optic Transmitter for 1mm POF, Horizontal Package, 1x4, RoHS Compliant

The AFBR-T524Z transmitter is a 650nm LED source that is driven by internal LED driver IC for efficient coupling into 1mm Polymer Optical Fiber (POF). It is designed to operate with AFBR-R524Z receiver that incorporates a PIN detector and digital output IC. Both AFBR-T524Z and AFBR-R524Z are compatible with TTL logic families. The pair operates up to 50MBd at distances up to 50 meters with 1mm POF using bi-phase encoding scheme.
